Lynne has extensive experience doing educational workshops with all types of vocal ensembles and individual singers. She holds a B.A. in Music Education and Theatre from Luther College and a Master's of Music in Voice from Western Michigan University. Lynne has 20 years of experience in music education at all levels, and incorporates her vast theatre training and experience in all of her educational work.
Lynne offers a concert/workshop package where she works with a vocal ensemble and has them join her in a culminating concert. She has done masterclass and guest lecture work at Luther College, Coe College, Belmont University, St. Ambrose University, Morningside College, the Iowa Choral Director's Assn. summer convention, and Iowa Music Educators Conference. She has served as the ACDA repertoire and standards chairperson for Jazz and Showchoir for the state of Tennessee. She has served on the voice faculty of Austin Peay State University, Roosevelt University's Chicago College of the Performing Arts and is currently on the voice faculty at Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids.
